Interested in seed security in your community? Want to learn how to save seeds and join in a growing community of people wanting to share their knowledge, their passions, and their seeds?

The Cedar Cottage Food Network, in partnership with the Vancouver Public Library – kensington branch has teamed up to create our new seed saving group in Cedar Cottage. Join us for our second meet-up as we go through the process of saving seeds.

There will be a knowledge share on the particulars of saving certain varieties of seeds, followed by some time in the garden to maintain our seed crops. This will also function as an ongoing seed swap so bring your extra seeds and seedlings to share with the community!
