This event takes place on unceded and occupied Coast Salish territory, specifically that of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), and mi ce:p kʷətxʷiləm (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
As a part of this months Copley Orchard work party, Cedar Cottage Food Network will facilitate a workshop on Wild edible and medicinal plants in the garden and together we will lasagna mulch a bed to prepare for planting a native plant garden next spring.
—> Prior to this workshop (10am – 11:30am) there will be a work party for Copley Orchard which everyone is welcome to attend. Come learn what the orchard it all about and meet some wonderful gardening neighbours! There will be a potluck lunch beginning at 1pm for all orchard members and workshop participants.
