Saturdays Market Produce (March 7)

This Saturday we will be at Kensington Community Centre. Our feature item is Kabocha Squash! Its very sweet, and when cooked, the skin softens making it easy to eat. Try roasting the seeds so the whole fruit is eaten. Squash are botanically a fruit as they contains seeds. Want a recipe for this type of squash? Try this one out.
